if you haven’t watched it as yet then don’t bother to.. it’s an unnecessary hype. another thing.. the characters in the film don’t speak they only deliver dialogues. my guess is the script of the movie must not have gone beyond 5 pages… that too with a font size of verdana 18 😛

before the movie they said “all characters in the film are fictitious….” they should have also added – “the power plant project around which the entire film revolves around is also fictitious…” this would have certainly saved our time.

we are competitive in the market…

hi folks.. sorry for not writing for a long time. frankly speaking i thought i would never return here on my blog. something in me was dead for some time. but now got used to it. anyways lets not get into that and lets not meet the zombie-anwar again. 😛

we just got a mail form the big uncles of our organization and the uncles have finally said the revision and the promotions will be announced on 30 June 2008. and as if this wound was not deep enough… they say this will be effective from 1 July 2008…sigh.. (for those of you who are not aware of the policies of my company..lemme tell you this should have been done by march)

certainly an unexpected behavior from such a big MNC. what more…? i feel sorry to tell myself that we are gonna be losing arrears of 3 months..

points to ponder:

1. fuel (petrol, diesel, LPG etc) prices have increased.

2. inflation rate i guess will be greater than out salary revision rate.

i guess the uncles have got a superb strategy..they gonna distribute our arrears across the rest of the months and tell us we have given you a good revision… what a strategy!!! indeed!

and then to end it, they have a favorite dialogue: “we are competitive in the market!”

PS: i only wish there was a workers UNION system in the IT industry..
